How do I return an item?

Return Policy

We would like to offer you Easy, No Hassle Returns. It is as easy as 1,2,3.

1.Notify Hanna's Handbags within 3 days of delivery of the merchandise if you should encounter any problems with your order.

2.Damaged returns and/or items received in error may be returned for exchange, store credit or credit to your credit card within a 30 day period from receipt of your order. Call or Email for approval prior to shipping.

3.Requests for returns other than those mentioned in point 2 above are subject to approval by Hanna's Handbags. There is a 25% handling charge on returned merchandise if they are accompanied with a receipt. The handling fee is assessed to help defray the costs associated with receipt, processing, inspection, repackaging, and paperwork processing to provide the credit and reenter into the inventory system.
